Bitting Nails

SENERIO: So a big test is comming up and ur flippin nervous. U see ur nails laying there minding there own business and u say to ur self :let the biting began.

 How to stop biting your nails:

- Try using hand sanatizer.

Hand sanitizer has a bad taste to it ( from my own personal experience) so it will tell ur brain

Stop this doesnt taste good.

- Try a Top Coat 

Whenever you do ur nails but a top coat on. Top coats help with chippin and also help when ur nails been bitin.

-Think positive

Biting ur nail mostly comes when ur nervous so LIGHTEN UP. Being nervous over the smalllest thing s can trigger your brain into telling you to bite ur nails.

- Wrap em up

Putting bandages on your nails makes them invisible so you wont be told to bite them also heals them from so much biting

Alot of Girls have acne. I for one hate acne but we have it anyway. Anywho  there are many acne creams out there. Here's a few: Clean and Clear, Neutrogena, Proactive, and many many more. But which one works the Best? . If you have sensitive skin try Clean and Clear for sensitive skin. Normal skin? Try: Clean and Clear Oil free. For dry skin try washing your face with Dove soap.
Buying these this doesnt break the bank and gets the job done. U can get ALL of them at Walmart stores.  No one can really tell  which cream actually works the best. Every face is different and unique so Find the best that works for U. Happy Blogging
